About Michelle

For years, I helped people navigate career transitions through resume writing and personal branding. While resumes mattered, I became increasingly interested in the questions that came before them: How do people decide where they want to go? How do they find direction when they feel stuck? How do they navigate major transitions with confidence?

Those questions became even more personal when I found myself navigating a significant career transition of my own.

As I explored topics like identity, meaningful work, life design, and intentional living, I realized there was no shortage of advice about what people should do, but far less guidance on how to figure out what matters most to them and what comes next.

That’s why I created Life Design Roadmap.

Life Design Roadmap is a place to investigate and share what helps people find direction during times of transition. Through research, experimentation, reflection, and practical tools, I explore the questions many of us face when we’re feeling stuck, rethinking our path, or trying to figure out what’s next.

Whether you’re considering a career change, navigating a major life transition, or simply searching for greater clarity and direction, my hope is that you’ll find ideas, tools, and encouragement to help you move forward with confidence.
